Students will handle the raw materials and create dishes which they will then be able to enjoy under the pergola or in the Villa. Seasonal produce is picked from our very own garden, certified meats come from local companies, along with high quality Tuscan cheeses and cured meats. These are the materials guests will use to create their own menu.
